Alexa Dattt was born on November 22, 1985. Since childhood, she has always been fascinated by a career in journalism. Interestingly, much of this fascination came from the influence her father, Douglas Datt had on her in her youth; he was his model. Regarding her education, although she did not provide much information about her high school, Alexa Datt meanwhile completed her college education at the University of Maryland, where she studied language, literature and Spanish audiovisual journalism.
After her studies, Alexa Datt was hired as a production assistant for America’s Most Wanted with the job description of participating in re-enactments during filming. After working for two years, she found that she needed to move on to something she was more passionate about, namely sports reporting or any sports-related activity. In addition, she says that working in a supportive and serene environment or organization is definitely a boost for morale. Alexa Datts interviewed by Mets Insider revealed that aside from her work time, she enjoys watching movies and playing sports in her spare time. Some of his favorite movie genres are comedies like Zoolander, Old school, and Dumb and Dumber. Also, even though she is currently reporting basketball-related news, she is more of a baseball fan.
Alexa loves rock and rap songs and some of her all-time favorite artists include; Michael Jackson, The Beatles, Yelawolf, Eminem, The Red Chilies and Kanye West.
