He was born on June 8, 1959, in Pine Bluff, Arkansas to his father, Walter Fletcher, who was a field worker, and his mother, Ogie Rea Fletcher, who was a homemaker. Fletcher has a sibling who happens to be his older brother – Walt Fletcher. His family later moved to Watts, California when he was 12, then to Compton, California, where Fletcher spent his teenage years.
According to reports, CT Fletcher lived with a cruel dad who later became a cleric and had his own Christian place of worship in Lakewood, California. He had the new heart implanted in 2018 and was saved from the hands of death.
