Daniel Tosh is an American comedian, actor, writer, executive producer and television host. Tosh got his first break in 2001 on “Late Show with David Letterman.”

Daniel Tosh has now twice led his fans into believing he is a married man without any proof. First, in 2014, he tweeted how his marriage to his ballerina wife made his life better. The post immediately garnered plenty of retweets as fans rushed to bombard him with questions.

Tosh once had a high profile relationship and it wasn’t with a man. In 2009, Tosh began a relationship with model and actress Megan Abrigo. The news of their relationship was revealed by Tosh himself after he went wild on his comedy special, Happy Thoughts.
The couple were seen separately at different locations, including the Gansevoort South Hotel in Miami Beach, Florida. They even appeared together at red carpet events. After a while, the duo were no longer seen together in public, as is always the case when stars go their separate ways.
Neither Tosh nor Abrigo have revealed the reason for their separation. However, rumor has it that Tosh’s rude jokes about her might have been one of the factors that caused their breakup.

Daniel Dwight Tosh was born on May 29, 1975 in Boppard, Rhineland-Palatinate, West Germany and raised in Titusville, Florida. He has two sisters and a brother. He enrolled at Astronaut High School in Brevard County, where he graduated in 1993. Tosh earned a marketing degree from the University of Central Florida in 1996.
After graduating from college, Tosh held several jobs, including working as a telemarketer at Central Florida Research Park. Realizing that a regular job was not “his thing”, Tosh took up acting.
He began his comedy career traveling the comedy club circuit and it wasn’t long before he started hosting ‘Tens’, a local late-night comedy show. His other gigs included a commercial for Taco Bell. In 1998, Daniel Tosh was among the “New Faces” to participate in “Just for Laughs”, the largest international comedy festival held annually in Montreal, Canada.

In order to increase his chances at a breakthrough, Tosh moved to Los Angeles, California. In Los Angeles, he had a minor role in the American television series “Sins of the City” and starred in the Comedy Central film Premium Blend.
After enjoying smash success on David Letterman’s show, Tosh performed on other late-night shows before landing his first comedy special on Comedy Central.
Between 2005 and 2007, Tosh had released his first two comedy albums. Her first movie was in 2008, “The Love Guru,” which featured stars like Justin Timberlake, Meagan Good, and Jessica Alba.
His own television show, Tosh.0, dedicated to criticizing online viral clips, celebrities, society and popular culture in general, premiered on Comedy Central in 2009.
The show was an immediate hit, appealing mostly to the coveted age of 18-34 and becoming the number one cable TV channel in its time slot. Tosh.0 was sold for syndication in 2015 and began airing on local channels in the United States as well as other local markets during late night.
Along with Tosh.0, Brickleberry is another animated adult sitcom that he is the executive producer of. The show ended in 2015 after 3 seasons and 36 episodes.
