Pete Wentz
Pete Wentz was born Peter Lewis Kingston WentzIII to Dale (née Lewis) and Pete Wentz II on June 5, 1979 in Chicago, Illinois. Her father worked as a lawyer while her mother was a high school admissions counselor. He is of German, English and Afro-Jamaican descent.

Before joining forces in Fall Out Boy, they were both in three other bands, Hurley having been in more than half a dozen bands himself.
Hurley was born Andrew John Hurley on December 31, 1980, in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. After the death of his father at the age of 5, he was raised only by his mother, who worked as a nurse. He fell in love with music in middle school while playing the saxophone. While attending Menomonee Falls High School, he switched to school to learn to play the drums and became very good at it. A student at the University of Wisconsin–Milwaukee with a double major in anthropology and history, Hurley was highly prized for his drumming skills, earning him membership in three bands at the time.
