Who is Phaedra Parks
Phaedra Parks was born in October 1973 in Athens, Georgia is the second of four children born to Henry Parks and Regina Bell. Both of his parents were educators and pastors. Raised alongside her brothers Henri Jacques Parks, Albert Bell and Keosha Bell, Phaedra went to Wesleyan College, where she graduated with a Bachelor of Arts. From there she went to the University of Georgia where she studied law and earned a JD. Still not done, Parks went to Jefferson State College and earned a science degree from the morgue.
As a super-educated person, she started a law firm Parks Group PC after graduating from law school. Now the firm’s managing partner, Parks initially practiced law while embalming deceased persons. She worked as a lawyer during the week while her embalming work was done mostly at night and on weekends.
Considered a very good lawyer, she had an In 2006, she was named Attorney of the Year by Outstanding Atlanta and was named Attorney of Distinction by entertainment site Jezebel. A lawyer specializing in intellectual property rights and civil and criminal litigation, she is famous in the entertainment world where she has represented big names such as Too $ hort, Bobby Brown and Michael Jackson through her firm of lawyers.
The coroner is also an author who wrote the book, Secrets of the Southern Belle: How to Be Nice, Work Hard, Look Pretty, Have Fun, and Never Have a Moment of Rest (2013).
In 1996, Parks met the man who would later be her husband, Apollo Nida. The two started dating, but they would soon be nothing more than friends when she found out his age and thought he was too young. In 2004 Apollo was sent to prison which caused them to lose contact, but when he got out they continued to date.
Phaedra Parks and Apollo married in 2009 and a year later had their first child, Ayden Adonis, who was later followed by Dylan in 2013. A year after the birth of their second child, they separated at the following bank fraud and identity theft against Nida, who was later imprisoned for the crime.. In 2016, Phaedra obtained a divorce from her husband and she now lives with her sons in Atlanta while Apollo serves his sentence.
During the third season of The Real Housewives of Atlanta in 2010, Phaedra Parks made her first appearance on the show as one of the main casts. She remained a part of the reality show until the tenth season when she was fired.
Why was she fired from RHOA?
The former Real Housewives of Atlanta star was reportedly fired from the Bravo show for spreading lies and rumours. According to information from TMZ, Parks told Porsha Williams that Kandi and Todd Tucker intended to drug him and take her sexually. The episode was not aired, however, as Kandi allegedly threatened Bravo if it aired.
For her part, Bravo decided to cut ties with Parks, believing she went too far and did not match the rumor. Since her departure, there have been speculations that she may well return to the show, but so far the chances of her returning are almost non-existent.
